Organoleptic Characteristics

Colour

Intense, deep red very bright and clean. It is a deep wine with medium to high opaqueness. Expresive lilac undertones on the edge of the glass

Aroma

Exquisite flower hints accompany a combination of aromas of very ripe red and black fruits. Subtle strawberry hints bring freshness to a nose characterised aromas of pastries, delicate lactic hints, blackberries, raspberries and gooseberries. Cherry and blueberry aromas flower in a second stage.

Flavour

In the mouth first of all the wine is warm, delicate and somewhat velvety, caressing the palate and wrapping it with endless flavours of very ripe red fruits with the perfect acidity point that accompanies the combination until the end, Tannins are extremely pleasant, delicate and very mature and together with lactic flavours fill the mouth giving maximum expressiveness.
