Organoleptic Characteristics
Colour
Intense, black cherry red with strong brick colours on the edge of the glass. Very gliceric, clean and bright
Aroma
Impresive nose that shows a perfect ageing in the bottle. Aromas of leather, mild tobaccos, truffles, fallen leaves, vanilla, cinnamon and exquisite roasts and toffees on it´s best presentation
Flavour
In the mouth the wine is tame and delicate. It fills up the mouth with a pleasant combination of flavours of red fruits such as blackberries, raspberries, goosebarries and strawberries with the right touch of vanilla and cinnamon.

Reminiscence of the flavours of pastries together with lactics, showing a perfect balance between tannins and acidity. Slight reminiscence of balsamic flavours, bitter almonds and hazelnuts.

It is advisable to open the bottle 15-20 minutes before consumption in the right temperature
